Welcome to Boot Camp Jamz!
We hope you are ready to have a fun and exciting summer! Below is information you will need to know before arriving at camp.
What to Bring:
If you are an electric guitar or electric bass student, you will need to bring your instrument, along with a practice amplifier (we do not recommend acoustic guitars because they get drowned-out in the concert). If you do not have this equipment, you can contact any Buddy Rogers store to rent or buy an instrument. (Boot Camp Jamz provides drums and keyboards.)
You will need to bring your lunch, snacks, and plenty to drink (we recommend insulated lunch totes
Forms and Payments:
Please send any outstanding payments by June 1, 2010 to:
Boot Camp Jamz, 1806 Madison Rd., Cincinnati OH 45206
Please make checks payable to Boot Camp Jamz, LLC.
We will need completed Health Forms sent to us (at the address below) for each camper.
Click Here to Download Health Forms
One form is to be completed by a parent/guardian, the other needs to be completed and signed by a physician. If your child has had a physical after last summer, you can send us a copy of that form (physicals are valid for 1 year). We prefer Health Forms to be mailed to the office (it's ok to bring them to camp on the first day but only if you can't mail them 2 weeks prior to camp). You will not be allowed to attend Boot Camp Jamz without the signed Health Form.
